• Member must be 21 years of age or older. • An adult, 21 years of age or older, must be present to sign for deliveries. • Minimum commitment of six months (three completed billing cycles). • Credit card will be charged automatically in advance of each shipment/pick-up and the purchase price is non-refundable. • Member will NOT receive notice prior to payment processing. • Member must notify Landon Winery in writing to wineclub@landonwinery.com at least 7 days prior to a shipment if there are any changes or a cancellation request. • Member is responsible for all shipping, return, and re-shipping costs.
